To eat them warm and soft

Heat them up in the microwave for about 15 seconds and repeat if they are still cold.

Don't forget to take the cookie out of its packaging.

Storage

The cookies can be stored at room temperature in the same sealed package in which they were delivered, for up to a week. If you wish to save the cookies for a later occasion, I recommend that you freezes them in an airtight container immediately upon delivery. Durability for up to one month.
