Order Processing Time

To ensure the highest quality, we make our cookie dough in small batches before each delivery. We then compile all orders then bake and ship; Usually 1 - 3 delivery days.

We accept a maximum of 400 cookies/week, Reach out as soon as possible, if you're ordering for a special occasion or time-sensitive event. Kindly factor in our processing time when planning your order.

Shipping: SEK 69 with Postnord (home delivery/agent) within Sweden.

Free shipping from SEK 799 within Sweden

Shipments outside Sweden?

Not yet, but we are planning to expand, so stay tuned on our social media channels and our Sweet Mailing list.

What if I'm Not Home for Delivery?

If you're not home or the package is too large, Postnord will either leave it outside your door or deliver it to the nearest pickup location.

All orders are securely packed in sealed boxes for safe transport. You can track your package using Postnord’s app and receive delivery updates through the phone number and email provided at checkout.

If you're concerned about the safety of the delivery location, we recommend selecting an alternate address that can accept the package during business hours.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Please double-check your order and delivery details before submitting, as we cannot make changes once an order is processed. If the order has already been shipped, cancellations or changes will not be possible.

We reserve the right to decline any cancellation or modification requests made after shipping has begun.

Refunds or exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our cookies.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds or replacements if your product is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Postnord will attempt to deliver your package directly to your mailbox. If it doesn’t fit, the courier may leave it at your doorstep or deliver it to the nearest pickup location. You can track your order using Postnord’s app and will receive delivery updates via the phone number and email provided at checkout.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please send us a clear photo of the defect so we can evaluate your eligibility for a refund. Without a photo, we are unable to process your claim.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

For returns, please provide your order number or proof of purchase. Use the contact us form to begin the return process. If your request is approved, we’ll provide further instructions via email.

Force majeure

Luna Fusion Bites reserves the right that the delivery time may take longer in the event of, for example, operational errors, strikes, Force Majeure, or other delays in Postnord's distribution network as well as other unforeseeable events over which Luna Fusion Bites has no control.

When Luna Fusion Bites has handed over the shipment to Postnord, the responsibility passes to Postnord and Luna Fusion Bites can therefore not be held responsible for any delays and thereby not offering compensation for delayed delivery.
