Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of our cookies. As freshly baked, perishable goods, our products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish distance selling law (lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, 2005:59), which excludes goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

If you have not received your product because you have entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Delivery PostNord will try to deliver your products to your mailbox. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, the courier will leave it outside your door, or alternatively deliver the package to the nearest agent. You can track your delivery with PostNord's own app and will receive notifications regarding delivery through the phone number and email address you entered at checkout.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo and your order number in your message.
