"Experience NYC-style indulgence, with a golden Swedish soul."

Our Saffransdrömmen takes the classic New York jumbo cookie and dresses it in the flavors of a Swedish Lucia morning. Beneath the golden, hand-cracked exterior lies a soft, chewy center infused with saffron and a whisper of kardemumma, studded throughout with creamy white chocolate. We finish it with a delicate lemon glaze, adding just enough bright citrus to lift the warm, fragrant spices.

Crisp at the edges, chewy in the middle, and glowing with saffron gold, this is the cookie that says "I'm cozy, festive, and a little bit magical."

Perfect with your morning coffee, a fika break, or a candlelit evening. This is NYC style with a Swedish heart.
